I’m Linda Maynard, a purpose led leadership coach, rebel strategist, and creator of the Visionary Leadership Process designed for high achieving women who are ready to break free from compliance driven narratives.

For over 15 years, I’ve coached brilliant women navigating complexity at every level from boardroom pressures to internal battles with visibility, identity, and belonging. And before that? I spent years in the world of global strategic procurement, helping organisations solve big, strategic problems while noticing something no one was saying out loud:

That dual vantage point, the systemic and the personal, gives me a unique lens. I challenge leadership norms from both inside the system and far outside it. Because thriving inside it isn’t the same as belonging in it.
